SHIPPING POLICY

At Beauty Station by Rafia, we offer shipping across Pakistan. We source our products from the USA, to bring our customers the best in makeup and skincare. Our shipping costs are Rs 280 flat on every order. Orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. We use plain and discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Beauty Station by Rafia, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • Product Damage: If you receive a product that is leaked, broken, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a clear picture of the product, the packaging, and the courier receipt. We will evaluate the issue and handle it accordingly, which may include arranging for a replacement if necessary.

  • Packaging Damage: Minor damage to the outer packaging or box during shipping, such as dents or scratches, is a common occurrence and does not affect the quality of the product. We do not offer replacements or exchanges for issues related to packaging or box condition unless the product inside is damaged.

  • Refund and Exchange: Apart from the specific cases of product damage mentioned above, refunds and exchanges are not applicable.
